Christmas without family? Julia and Frank Bachmann can’t imagine it. But this year, their three grown daughters—scattered across Berlin, London, and the USA—can’t make it home. Julia is heartbroken at the thought of an empty holiday, until Frank comes up with a daring idea: if the children can’t come to Christmas, then Christmas will come to them.
So, two days before Christmas, the Bachmanns set out with Grandma, gifts, and even a roast goose in tow, embarking on a whirlwind holiday adventure.
